I was hired by EMO to lead the design of the new Rolls Royce international dealership websites. The new design system needed to reflect the quality and refined elegance of one of the worlds legendary cars brands, while allowing the dealerships to easily amend and create new engaging pages.
As part of the design process we developed a working prototype. We then exposed this to live user testing and shared the insights gained with the client. This helped to change some long held brand conventions and ensured the new site was always focused on the customer, giving them an engaging and stimulating experience whilst at the same time delivering all the information they needed to select the model that was right for them.
