Unum approached cxpartners with the challenge of radically redesigning critical areas of their website and improving the effectiveness of essential user journeys, which currently caused users pain and negatively impacted their business.
I was brought in by cxpartners to head up the project’s brand development and digital design. Working closely with their internal design team, I ran several brand review and analysis workshops, developing a new set of unique UK attributes and using these to create a new site design that communicated more directly with their SME audience needs.
This included moving away from the generic illustrations and creating a new set of photography rules reflecting their customers and work life as authentically as possible.
