Signkick sells advertising space on digital and analogue boards across the UK in a variety of time segments, and need to improve there booking system, to speed up the booking process and give their employees a better realtime understanding of availability.
Over three sprints, I worked closely with Signkick's internal team, which played a crucial role in providing insights and feedback. I helped them improve the usability of their online OOH advertising booking system for smartboards.
Conducting a comprehensive discovery phase, I meticulously audited the current product's usability and interviewed key stakeholders to pinpoint pain points. This in-depth understanding paved the way for several crucial enhancements significantly elevating the softwares.
Our collective efforts have yielded tangible results, accelerating the sale of time slots and minimizing the number of empty slots. This has not only boosted efficiency but also led to a notable increase in profits.
After running a research workshop to help define the requirements of a bespoke date picker, I redeveloped three prototype-based methodologies to review and test with the sales team.
