Weetabix's existing CMS was falling behind, and they needed a new CMS website designed to match their CRM ambitions.

Prophecy entrusted me with leading the visual redesign. In a collaborative effort with a cross-functional team of UX researchers, business analysts, and the engineering team, we scoped, defined, and developed a unified back-end CMS system that effectively meets business needs. This system, in turn, powered three distinct websites, each reflecting the unique voice of their respective brands with minimal CSS adjustments.

The campaign was an outstanding triumph. In just two weeks, over 4000 whitepapers were downloaded, and 400 customer-centric initiatives were launched, a testament to the power of our strategy and the engagement it sparked.
